Original employment certificate issued by the applicant's employer printed on company letterhead. The letter must be addressed to the Embassy of Thailand, Visa Section. Please prepare the letter as per the following guidelines:
- Briefly introduce the applicant and include the applicant's name, age, gender, passport number and current employment status.
- State the applicant's employment duration, job title and current monthly salary.
- State that the applicant has been granted permission to leave and that they shall resume working in their current position upon their return.

- Students must present a proof of enrolment issued by their school or university.
Original bank statements from the past three (3) months with account balance of not less than of EGP 35,000 per person or EGP 70,000 per family for previous consecutive 3 months. In case the applicant does not have a bank account, they should present other proof of assets. If the applicant is sponsored by their spouse or parents, the sponsor's passport must be presented along with their bank statement for the past three (3) months and a copy of the birth/marriage certificate.
Hotel reservation covering the full duration of the applicant's stay. The reservation must include full contact details of the hotel, in addition to the applicant's name.
A copy of the return flight itinerary, the reservations must show the applicant's full name as per their passport, as well as the flight date and full itinerary.
